Saturday morning course starts this week

In conjunction with the Genealogical Society of Ireland (GSI), John Hamrock of Ancestor Network will be running a six-week Irish genealogy course starting this coming Saturday morning.

The course is designed to help beginners unlock the mysteries of their ancestry and includes guided tours of the National Library, Dublin City Library and other important centres of research. All the essential principles and resources of Irish genealogy research will be covered.

Held at the GSI's Archives at Carlisle Pier, DĂșn Laoghaire, the course costs €270, which includes a one-year student membership of the GSI.
